Growing up in Wilmington and watching the changes has been an amazing experience. After living in NYC, I decided to return to my hometown and have never regretted the decision. Wilmington has it all! Whether you are a beach lover, like myself, or more into horses and the countryside, this is the place for you. Very few cities encompass as many attributes as Wilmington and its surrounding areas.

I am in my eighth year of this fabulous profession and I can't see myself doing anything else. Helping to secure and facilitate a client’s home ownership dream is like no other reward. Ensuring a seller meets all of their goals during the selling process is equally as satisfying.

I can say with no doubts that I have had superior training in my field by Broker/Owners that have  devoted their lives to this business and the happiness of their clients and customers. I have been taught and believe, there is no other goal, other than customer service and satisfaction, and I perform that with an integrity you can count on.

Eighty percent of my business comes from past client referrals. I specialize in whatever my clients need. I have direct knowledge of first time home buyer programs, vacation/second home sales, investment property, kiddie condo purchases, bankruptcy sales, short sales, and REO/foreclosure sales. I also have a great network of fellow agents that can handle any commercial needs.
